Point to note: Customers pay for solutions, not products or services. They like a product or a service only because it serves their needs, wants, or solves problems.
Another point to note: Customers want a smooth, stress-free journey during the whole buying process - also known as the customer journey.

To understand what Copywriting is, let’s first understand what it is not.
Copywriting is not text that you can slap on your web or landing page.
Landing copy that gets your visitor interested does the following:
Intends to solve a problem.
Connects with your visitor on ‘their’ level.
Guides and directs your visitor than hard-sell.
Copywriting that pushes visitors away typically does the following:
Focuses on fancy words and phrases to only get attention.
Only showing how great you or your services are.
Error-prone and poorly written, eventually turning the visitor away.
